LLN-25/2 internal tyre double-layer hydraulic sulfuration machine uses a hydraulic system with a plunger lift structure. One hydraulic station can control 6 internal tyre double-layer sulfuration machines. The heating board is fixed with a T-shaped groove and is therefore suitable for the installation of moulds with various specs. The machine features reliable performance, low noise, and durability. The electric component uses linkage, manual, single unit exchange system and PLC, which makes it easy and reliable to operate. It features a well-organized lineup of pipes and automatic drain of cooling water.
