This product employed the advanced technology introduced from Japan and its the fruit of the co-opera-tion with Taiwan

It is widely used in the plasticization of rubber and plastics and in the mixing of the various sizing materialsand plastics.

1. The general-purpose chassis adopted in its bottom to facilitate its fixing and  check.

2. The decelerator with hard-facing gear makes its transmission steady, least noisy and everlasting.

3. The sealed coil electrical machinery  can resist dirt and has great starting moment.

4. The intermediate of the kneading-room is mainly made of alley steel at the same time its surface is hard-plated with chromium, so its beautiful and wear-resisting.

5.  In the middle of the alley steel rotor is a hole which can cool or heat the rotor (oil heating or vapour heating). The projecting part of the rotor is made of hard alley with  hardened surface. Its smooth shining and it lasts well.

6. Since we applied the advanced foreign high-tech, we get excellent result in sealing.
